Turtles are very rare those days, and their "price" has gone high just as well. Golden Turtles made from 24k gold are cheaper than a normal one. In 2010, the percentage for turtle population dropped from 35% to 10%, which is a grave situation. In that percentage, 5% are tortoises, and the other 5% are actually turtles. For being rare, their price has jumped from $100 per turtle to $500 per turtle. Ecologists have gone mad, making riots on streets, breaking Pet Shops, and even banning people from beaches. The gorvenment stated that they are looking foward to a solution.
A woman called Miriam Mendez bought a living turtle, and complained about her friend buying a iron one with diamond details which was actually cheaper than the actual animal.
"A iron turtle isn't a living thing, so it's logical that it's cheaper." stated the Pet Shop owner.
